Bob Pente President and Creative Director ofThe PENTE Corporation in Toronto, Ontario rearranged his schedule to fill in for David.

Bob has over 30 years’ experience in the field of marketing and design. More than 20 of those years have specifically involved Response Marketing. He is a regular keynote speaker for Xerox's Thought Leadership Workshops on Direct Marketing. Bob has held positions with various agencies in the departments of Creative, Client Service and Production. In 1992, he set out on his own and over the last 14 years The PENTE Corporation has helped numerous Clients build strategies and creative around their CRM initiatives.

His presentation The Universe of One, is a thought-provoking look at data-driven communication. Bob will share his insights about:

Workshop: Marv Rockford
Pick a job in a television newsroom; Marv Rockford has done it. Denver knows him as the former General Manager for CBS4 News. As a principal of Rockford Gray, Marv uses his experience as a news and broadcast executive to advise clients on executive media training, presentation skills coaching and crisis and strategic communications. He serves on the board of the Colorado Public Radio and is a past board member of the March of Dimes, the Five Points Media Center and Colorado Business Committee for the Arts.
