ENGLEWOOD, CO - Mail-Well (NYSE: MWL) announces the acquisition of Communigraphics Corporation of Denver. In business 28 years, Communigraphics has built a reputation as one of the regionís premier printers specializing in commercial sheetfed printing, mailing and e-fulfillment.
Communigraphics merges with Richtman Printing, another locally owned Mail-Well company. The merger creates the single largest commercial print facility in the region and will operate in the newly developed 60,000 square-foot facility located in Englewood. An additional 40,000 square-foot facility located near Denver International Airport houses mailing and fulfillment services.
The newly formed company will operate under the name of Communigraphics/GAC and becomes part of the Mail-Well Print Group, Northwest Region which includes such prestigious sister companies as Graphic Arts Center in Portland and The Allied Printers in Seattle.
