Performs or supervises company’s statistical

Drives continuous enhancements of customer

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts or technical

- Strong hands-on analytical skills using campaign
management tools, spreadsheets, databases, and
query tools.
- 5–10 years experience in manipulation
and analysis of prospect or customer databases.
- 5 – 10 years experience with CRM or
sales force automation tools and/or Windows-based
database tools.
- People Soft experience is a plus and/or experience
with Crystal Reports. Familiarity with SQL strongly
preferred.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding
to carry out detailed and involved written or
oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems
involving theory or limited facts and derive
complex solutions.
Computer Skills:
