Mike Belasco, President, seOverflow


A thought leader in search engine marketing, Mike Belasco, president of seOverflow, began his journey in the mid-90’s developing websites and studying search engine optimization when it was in its infancy. Mike continued to hone his internet marketing knowledge during the dot com boom before launching his own business as an independent consultant. During his tenure as a consultant, Mike found a niche assisting web designers and other marketing professionals expand their offering to include search engine optimization without having to specialize in the ever changing SEO space. Mike continues to live and breathe all things search engine optimization ensuring that he and his staff stay at the forefront of the industry.As a subject matter expert, Mike regularly speaks at national industry events and conferences.


Stephanie Capretto, Client Partner, Experian CheetahMail

Stephanie has spent the last five years at CheetahMail helping key clients in a variety of verticals grow their email programs through a calculated approach that centers around a mix of best practices, applied learning and competitive and industry analysis. Prior to CheetahMail, Stephanie’s experience includes a client service background in traditional advertising and developing & executing email campaigns for the Chicago-based e-commerce travel website Orbitz.com.

Howie Fenton, Senior Consultant, NAPL

During his 20+ year industry career, Howie Fenton has advised printers, industry manufacturers, agencies, and marketers on adding digital services, variable data printing, customer research, production workflow, and plant operations.

In addition to over 300 magazine articles, Fenton has authored five books, two on digital and variable data printing. His digital printing and variable data printing expertise has led him to serve as a judge for the PODI (Print On Demand Initiative) and Xerox Pixi awards, and he has worked on the PIA Digital Printing Council and HP Digital Printing Advisory Council.
In research projects, Fenton reviews the competitiveness of companies products, services, and staff, studies and quantifies the changes in customer needs, and helps companies add new products and digital services that will increase sales and profitability.

An expert in workflow management Fenton identifies and repairs inefficient estimating, customer service and production processes as well as bottlenecks and quality control issues in production. He claims he has never analyzed a workflow he could not improve.

He has taught the Variable Data Printing, Web to Print, Workflow and PDF courses at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) School of Printing.

Theo Mandel, Ph.D., Founder and Principal, Interface Design and Development, LLC


Theo Mandel, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker and consultant. He was recently invited to give a keynote address at the User eXperience Russia 2009 conference in Moscow. Michael Stich, Group Director of Strategic Planning, Bridge Worldwide

Michael Stich is Group Director of Strategic Planning for Bridge Worldwide, a WPP interactive and relationship marketing agency. Michael and his team provide clients with distinctive interactive strategies for optimal business growth, including specialization within e-commerce, analytics/measurement, digital retail, and relationship marketing. Previously, Michael was Director of Strategic Marketing for Texas Instruments, where he provided strategic planning, service provider relationships, and market research. Before joining TI, Michael was at McKinsey & Company, where he developed growth strategies for executives in telecommunications, venture capital, and equipment manufacturing. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Stich founded Dell Ventures Asia, where he led several investments in Asian technology companies for Dell.
