The Convergency joined forces with several U.S.-based agencies to form FFwd North America. FFwd North America was formed as part of parent company Hawkeye Communications' efforts to create a new kind of marketing consulting and communications company. The result is FFwd, a marketing consulting and communications company founded on the principles of delivering seamless and efficient brand consulting, data and information services, interactive technologies, and multidisciplinary communications capabilities.

FFwd operates under one name, one CEO, one vision, and one P&L. Through the local office in Denver, together with resources in Avon, FFwd offers Rocky Mountain and western-U.S. clients brand consulting, data/information services, interactive technologies services, and multidisciplinary marketing communications.

Despite the name change and a new Minneapolis-based corporate management team, personnel in Denver remains unchanged.
