Welcome to the second of three modules that have been developed to prepare you to earn your Certificate of Direct Marketing (CDIM.)  The Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing Association has designed this program so that you, the Direct Marketing professional, can learn more about the various areas of Direct Marketing and stay abreast of the many changes taking place in the industry.

This course has been designed as a survey course and, as such, will provide students an overview of the principles of Database Marketing Analytics.  A database marketing overview and actual marketing analysis, modeling, and evaluation of marketing campaigns will be covered.  Students leaving this course will be equipped to participate in strategic planning and usage of marketing databases, as well as work effectively with all parties involved in the database marketing process.  Students will be able to prepare and analyze data, design and interpret A/B test results, and improve allocation of marketing expenditure.
